Hans William Henry Irvine [1849-1915]. Hans Irvine bought the Great Western Vineyards and Cellar in 1888 and ran the business until selling to Benno Seppelt in 1918 by Muzza from McCrae
Olinda Tea House (2012). Built in 2011, this replaced a small tea room and nursery dating back to the 1980s by Muzza from McCrae
Rosebud Park Golf Course (2009). This land was reserved for 'Public Park & Recreation' in 1930, and it has been a golf course since 1956. It uses Carrington Park Club as its club rooms by Muzza from McCrae
