La Porchetta (2010). This fine double-storey building was typical of shops of this era with a residence built above. Bought in 1907, Albert and Roy Males ran Male's Butchery until 1951 by Muzza from McCrae

Precinct Hotel (2010). Formerly the Depot Hotel, this was renovated in 2008 and is now operated by the Darcy family (of Footscray Football Club fame) by Muzza from McCrae
