I-5 passes thru the CA-170 interchange; picture taken 5/24/15. The northbound CA-170 ramp opened 2 years earlier & an HOV connector ramp at the left is almost completed. Much of I-5 near Los Angeles is being widened, similar to how Orange County widened I-5 in the 1990s. Los Angeles is finally fixing congestion to their freeways.
