太平岩绝壁上胡公殿，也叫渔田寮，始建于明朝天启年间(1621-1627年)，现存者为清光绪十八年(1894年)重新修建。大殿建筑古朴雅致，后有巨崖峭壁为其依托，清纯碧秀的楠溪江水从前面静静流过，乔木竹影间寺宇的翘角飞檐隐现，如仙居，如世外桃源。
