The Anglican Church was brought to lncheon by Bishop Charies John Corfe (aka Go Yo-hen) who arrived here in September 1890 as a chaplain in the English Royal Navy accompanied by an American physician named Elibarr Landis (Nam Deuk-si). Naedong Anglican Cathedral is Tangible Cultural Heritage #51.
